Caramel and Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding cups offer a high protein, low calorie dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 Premier Protein 11oz. Vanilla Shake
  • 1 Premier Protein 11oz. Chocolate Shake
  • 6 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1 TSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Directions:

First, you will prepare the caramel pudding base by pouring the caramel protein shake into a bowl and whisking it together with 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate protein shake and the other 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Add a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder if you enjoy a more chocolatey flavor. Refrigerate your puddings for a day, stirring occasionally.

Once the pudding is complete, you can layer the caramel and chocolate pudding into a bowl and top with your favorite treats.
