Key Lime No-Bake Premier Protein Cheesecake

Key lime pie is a classic dessert bar staple, but it can pack a punch in terms of calories and sugar. Not necessarily ideal for a patient after weight loss surgery, or anyone trying to watch their calorie intake. This key lime protein cheesecake gives you that familiar flavor with a boost of protein and fewer calories. This recipe yields 6, 4 ounce servings.



  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • .3 ounce sugar-free lime jell-o (dry mix, 1 box)
  • 4 ounces of nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop of Premier Protein 100% Whey Powder, Vanilla (23.5 grams)
  • 4 ounces softened 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cream Cheese


Dissolve sugar-free Jello powder into one cup boiling water.

In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt and the half scoop of Premier Protein powder.

Whisk Neufchatel cream cheese into the Jello mixture. Add the yogurt mixture to the cream cheese mixture and combine.

Pour your mixture into  individual serving dishes and place in the refrigerator 2-3 hours until set. Garnish with toasted, unsweetened coconut or ground almonds before serving to add texture.
